how can i book a doctor ?

choose the wilaya we're available at or the speciality and even by name of the doctor then click the search button and choose your favourite doctor from the list and pick a suitable time, confirm your information and send a file if you want and congrats it's done!!

is booking in machffa is for free ?

of course !! booking with your doctors in machffa is and will always be free for you

what is the doctors feedback ?

it's obviously not judging the doctors competence but rather giving a feedback about the overall treatment and the clinic to help the doctor improve their services

Users badgets ?

We have three type of budgets: the blue, the yellow and the red.

trusted

Blue badge : trusted account and automatically confirmed appointement

Risk

Yellow: you get this badget if you book an appointement and don't show up without a valid excuse which means a warning ! and you loose the automatic confirmed appointement which oblige you to confirm by phone your future appointements

banned

Red badge: your account is in danger (ban) and you get this badge when you book multiple time without showing up at any of them so watch out for this one!
